Rental Return Policy Terms & Conditions
By submitting a Rental Return form, the Customer (“you”) give Soberlink permission to inspect your Device according to its standard operating procedures. You additionally agree to the following:
- Rental Return requests are subject to a processing period of up to 2 business days after submission.
- If the device is still active, submit a Deactivation Request here.
- The shipping address entered has been carefully reviewed. Entering an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays or additional charges.
- Failure to use the provided return label may result in delays or an inability to confirm your return. Soberlink is not responsible for returns sent without the provided label.
- A daily rental fee will be incurred until the device tracking number shows the package in transit. If the device is not returned to Soberlink within 30 days, you will be charged for its current market value.
- Devices must be returned in good working condition. Damage caused by misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications, or neglect is not covered under warranty and you will be charged for the device at its current market value.
- Returned devices remain the property of Soberlink and will not be returned under any circumstance.
- A final invoice will be issued and automatically charged during the first week of the following month. This invoice will reflect a prorated amount based on the number of days the device remained rented up to the date it is in transit, along with any applicable fees.
