In November 2024, I hit bottom and was charged with a DUI. One thing I did for accountability, to rebuild trust, and to remain heavily involved in my kids' lives was to sign up for a year-long Soberlink program. The system helped me maintain sobriety and regain trust. What initially felt “forced” (for lack of a better term) proved to be extremely valuable. What started as the worst time of my life has turned out to be beneficial for me and, more importantly, my kids.
