What is MySoberlink?

MySoberlink is a client and contact-facing portal that allows for easy visibility of your program details. You can manage your Connections and change account settings like phone number, email, and time zone. Further enhancements to your MySoberlink account are scheduled to release in late summer.

Do I need a MySoberlink Account?

Yes – if you are a Client, a MySoberlink account is required to submit tests on your device. It also gives you access to your Account Settings where you can make updates to your profile information.

Yes – if you are a Contact, a MySoberlink account is required to receive Alerts and Reports of testing. It also gives you access to your Account Settings where you can make updates to your profile information.

How do I create a MySoberlink account?

MySoberlink is for Clients and Contacts – when you are added as a Client or a Contact, you will receive an email invite to create a MySoberlink account. If you need assistance creating an account, contact Soberlink for support.

What are Connections?

If you’re a Client, Connections are the Contacts linked to your account who can receive Alerts and Reports for your testing. 
If you’re a Contact, Connections are the Monitored Clients you have access to.

How do I add Connections?

If you’re a Monitored Client enrolled in the Share program click here.
If you’re a Monitored Client or Concerned Party enrolled in a Family Law Level 1 or Level 2 program click here.
If you’re a Contact, get in touch with the Monitored Client you want to be connected to and request that they add you to their monitoring program through one of the two methods above.

How do I remove Connections?

If you’re a Monitored Client enrolled in the Share program click here.

If you’re a Monitored Client enrolled in a Family Law Level 1 or Level 2 program click here.

If you’re a Contact, send an email to support@soberlink.com with your name, and the name of the Monitored Client you want to be removed from.

I’m a Client, why don’t I see my Connections listed in MySoberlink?

This typically means the Contact has not accepted their invite. If you believe this is incorrect, contact Soberlink for support.

I’m a Contact, why am I not receiving Alerts or Reports?

You may have a pending invitation. Login to MySoberlink and accept all Connections.
If you see a Connection listed, but are not receiving Alerts or Reports, contact Soberlink for support.
If you don’t see a Connection listed, and have no invitations pending, contact Soberlink for support.

Many of my clients or patients use Soberlink. Do I have to accept the Connection each time?

No – you can enable ‘Accept all new invites automatically'
1. Log in to MySoberlink
2. Click on Connections
3. Click on Settings ⚙
4. Toggle Accept all new invites automatically to the 'on' position (blue)

How do I change my Profile Information? (Name, Time Zone, Email. Mobile Number)

1. Log in and click on Settings
2. Click Edit next to the information you want to change

How do I change my password?

1. Log in and click on Settings
2. Click Reset Password
3. Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password

How do I opt-in/opt-out of email and SMS Alerts and notifications?

1. Log in and click on Settings
2. Scroll down to Alerts and Notifications
3. Click Edit next to Email or SMS

What should I do if I forget my password?

1. Log in and click on Settings
2. Click on Forgot Password?
3. Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password

What should I do if I lose access to my email?

If you know your password:

1. Log in using the email you’ve lost access to and your password
2. Click on Settings
3. Click Edit next to Email
