Soberlink is a useful tool in early recovery to encourage accountability. I used it for the first few months of my early recovery to help regain trust from loved ones by showing my sobriety. A tether to your support system is important while allowing the freedom to live your life knowing you can prove accountability for sobriety. This gave my loved ones and me great peace of mind. As a result, I am almost seven months sober today.
